Mission and Vision: Bay Crossing Family Medicine strives to provide comprehensive primary care to local residents of all ages and sizes using a personalized approach. We value communication, compassion and the spirit of hope.

Philosophy: Dr. Seidel opened Bay Crossing Family Medicine in 2005 with the philosophy that creating a comfortable space would facilitate a partnership between physicians and patients. We value building relationships based on mutual trust and respect between patient and physician.

Our physicians include patients in the medical decision-making process and provide proactive, patient-centered health care for all. We emphasize a healthy lifestyle as the first step to prevention and treatment of disease. We promote a team approach that includes our staff, our patients, and their families/caretakers.

Policies: At Bay Crossing Family Medicine we use technology to improve physician access, communicate with office staff and streamline patient care. We recommend annual preventive wellness visits. Patients who take prescription medications for chronic conditions should be seen every three to six months. Early morning and evening appointments are available as well as “sick” visits.
